This former commercial unit in Canggu was fully transformed into a modern, high-performance gym. JDH managed the complete renovation — reworking the structure, layout, and design to match the bold, disciplined identity of the Undefeated brand. From concrete finishes to custom lighting and acoustic control, every element was reimagined to support focus, movement, and strength.
The project involved a complete interior renovation of an existing commercial space, thoughtfully restructured to support distinct zones for cardio, strength, recovery, and open training. The design embraces an industrial aesthetic, featuring exposed concrete ceilings and bold material contrasts. A custom lighting concept was implemented to enhance both intensity and atmosphere. JDH delivered the project as a full turnkey solution — from initial planning to final handover.
